From a domain to verified emails

How to find an email by domain

Three steps, no scraping, no guesswork. Give the finder a company domain, and it surfaces the whole team and verifies every address before it reaches you.

001DOMAIN

Enter a company domain

Type the company's domain, like figma.com. That is the only input, no names to gather, no profile URLs, no lists to upload. A clean company name works too; we resolve it to the domain for you.

002SEARCH

See everyone at the company

Verifox pulls the people working there and how many match, ranked by role, so you see the whole team behind the domain, from leadership to individual contributors, before you spend a single credit.

003REVEAL

Reveal verified emails

Reveal each person's work email, already run through the same nine-check engine our verification API uses. Every address comes back confirmed deliverable with a confidence score, not a guess.

The honest version

What finding email by domain means

A company domain in, the whole team's verified work emails out. The domain is what makes it reliable.

To find an email by domain is to start from the one thing that points at exactly one company, its domain, and end with the real, sendable work emails behind it. The domain is what makes this reliable. Where a company name can match several businesses, a domain like acme.com points at exactly one place, so the finder knows precisely whose addresses to reconstruct.

What teams are saying

Built for the teams that ship outbound

Growth leads, marketers, and engineers running real campaigns on real lists, with a verified email on every byline.

Thomas George, GTM Lead at Stripe

90% lower bill, 0.4% bounces

We were paying ZeroBounce a four-figure monthly bill and still landing 3% bounces on cold campaigns. Switched the pipeline to Verifox, dropped to 0.4% bounces, and cut the bill by more than 90%.
Thomas G.GTM Lead, Stripe
Brittany King, GTM Lead at HubSpot

Catch-all finally has a verdict

Other tools flag 30% of our B2B list as 'risky catch-all' and leave the call to us. Verifox returns a real verdict on those addresses, with a confidence score. We send more, we send safer.
Brittany K.GTM Lead, HubSpot
Dale Micallef, GTM Lead at Slack

Reputation rebuilt in 6 weeks

We had a Gmail spam-folder problem after a bad list import. Verifox cleaned the list and the warmup ran on the same engine. Back in primary inbox in six weeks. One vendor, half the cost.
Dale M.GTM Lead, Slack
Erica Kovalkoski, GTM Lead at Discord

0.7% bounce on 50k

Ran a 50,000-address outbound list through Verifox before our quarterly campaign. Bounces landed at 0.7%, sender reputation didn't move, replies were up 22% over last quarter.
Erica K.GTM Lead, Discord
Greg Lindsay, GTM Lead at OpenAI

MCP in 10 minutes

Their MCP server let me wire email verification directly into our internal Claude agent in about ten minutes. Zero glue code. No other vendor in this space has thought about that workflow.
Greg L.GTM Lead, OpenAI
Rini Vasana, Product Manager at Vercel

10k/min held under 400ms

Tested Verifox at 10,000 verifications per minute on a Tuesday morning. Latency held under 400ms median, no soft failures, no rate-limit walls. The vendor we benched throttled at 2,000/min.
Rini V.Product Manager, Vercel
Jonathan Aharon, GTM Lead at MongoDB

Hygiene that doesn't break pipeline

Our SDRs were enriching from three tools and 14% of the emails were invalid before they hit the sequencer. Verifox sits in the pipeline now and the team stopped seeing 'undeliverable' replies the next week.
Jonathan A.GTM Lead, MongoDB
Emma Fox, GTM Lead at Linear

Bulk that actually ships

Bulk upload, sorted CSV back in twenty minutes, plug into our growth stack. The half-day list-hygiene project per cohort turned into something the marketing intern runs on autopilot.
Emma F.GTM Lead, Linear
David Hare, GTM Lead at Snowflake

Scores you can act on

Verifox returns a 0-100 confidence score per address, not just a label. We thresholded at 75 for the cold sequencer, 60 for nurture, and our deliverability team finally has a knob they can tune.

Common questions

Finding emails by domain, answered

The questions we get from sales, recruiting, and growth teams that land here to find a work email by domain, with the real method, real limits, and the verification stance behind every result.

How do you find an email by domain?

You give the finder a company domain, for example acme.com. Verifox surfaces the people who work there and builds the address patterns that domain is known to use, then cross-checks the candidates against public sources so the right format for each person rises to the top instead of a blind guess.

The winning address is then run through our nine-check verification engine so you receive a confirmed, deliverable email, not just a pattern. The domain is the anchor: it removes any doubt about which company you mean.

What is the difference between finding an email by domain and a domain email extractor?

They run the same core flow: give either one a company domain and it surfaces the team and returns their verified work emails. A domain email extractor names that input explicitly; this page frames the same job around the domain as your anchor, the one input that points at exactly one company.

The finder also accepts a company name in place of the raw domain, so “Acme Inc” works as well as acme.com. The raw domain is still the more reliable input: a name can match several businesses, a domain points at exactly one.

Is the email the finder returns verified, or just a guess?

Verified, and verified against that domain's own mail infrastructure, not a lookalike. The candidate address is checked for MX records, pinged at SMTP level on the domain's real mail server, and screened for catch-all behaviour before it reaches you, the same nine checks our verification service runs.

A single find-and-verify lookup returns in about two seconds, and each result carries a 0 to 100 confidence score so you can set your own threshold for cold sending versus nurture. Already have the address? The free email checker confirms it without a lookup.

Is finding an email by domain free?

You can try the finder from this page without an account or a card. Sign up free and you get 1,000 credits, or 2,500 if you register with a work address, which covers a serious chunk of by-domain lookups before you pay anything.

Ten credits cover one find-and-verify by domain, credits are pay as you go and never expire, and volume pricing is localized to your region on the pricing page. No subscription, no monthly lapse.

Can I find emails in bulk from a list of names and domains?

Yes. Upload a CSV of names and domains and Verifox returns a clean file with the found address, the matched pattern, and a verification verdict on every row, so the whole list is sendable, not just found by domain.

Bulk finding, CSV upload, and API access are available from a free account up. Most teams move to a pay-as-you-go credit pack once they are enriching lists regularly.

What if the domain is a catch-all, or has no mail server at all?

A catch-all domain accepts mail to any address, so an SMTP ping alone cannot tell a real inbox from a void. This is not rare: 20-40% of B2B email lists fail at catch-all domains. Verifox layers AI-confidence scoring on top of the SMTP signal, weighing the domain's pattern history and corroborating sources, so a catch-all returns a usable confidence score instead of a shrug.

If the domain has no MX records, it cannot receive mail at all. The finder flags that immediately rather than inventing an address, which is exactly the failure the domain-existence and MX checks exist to catch.

Is searching for a work email by domain GDPR compliant?

Yes, for legitimate B2B outreach. A work email at a company domain is business contact data, and GDPR's legitimate-interest basis covers finding it, provided you honour opt-outs and follow CAN-SPAM. Verifox itself is GDPR and CCPA compliant and SOC 2 Type II audited.

The domain you submit is processed in memory to build and verify the addresses, then discarded: never stored, logged, or sold. Details are in the privacy policy.

Can my app or AI agent find emails by domain through Verifox?

Yes, two ways. The REST APItakes a company domain and returns the team's found, verified addresses with confidence scores, so enrichment runs inside your CRM or sequencer instead of through CSV round-trips.

For agents, the native MCP server exposes find-by-domain as a tool: point Claude, Cursor, or a custom LLM app at the MCP URL and it can resolve a domain to its verified work emails mid-conversation, no glue code.
