Refund Policy

Verifox (verifox.ai) is committed to providing a high-quality email verification and intelligence platform. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy because we are confident in the value of our service. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund so we can try to resolve the issue first.

New subscribers to any paid Verifox plan are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, no questions asked. This applies to monthly and annual plans. To request a refund under this guarantee, email [email protected] with your account email address and the reason for your request (optional). Refunds under this policy are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to renewals, add-on credit packs, or accounts that have already received a refund under this policy.

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day new subscriber period, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription term, calculated as follows:

• Refund = (Annual price / 12) × number of full calendar months remaining
• Any credits already consumed in the current billing period are non-refundable
• Any add-on credit packs purchased separately are non-refundable once credits have been used

To request a pro-rated refund, cancel your plan through the account settings and contact [email protected]. We will calculate the refund amount and confirm it with you before processing.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the current billing month after the 14-day new subscriber period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

If you cancel a monthly plan, any unused credits in your account will expire at the end of your last paid billing cycle unless you upgrade to an annual plan.

Credit packs purchased separately from subscription plans are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed. If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].

If Verifox experiences a service outage or degraded performance that impacts your ability to use verification credits, we will issue account credits (not cash refunds) proportional to the impact. Our Zero Bounce Guarantee describes the specific accuracy commitments that entitle you to credit refunds when verification accuracy falls below guaranteed thresholds.

For outages affecting more than 1% of a month's uptime, we will proactively credit your account without requiring a request. For other disputes, contact [email protected] with the dates and nature of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued to accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including use of the Service for spam, abuse, or fraud. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we believe are made in bad faith or that represent repeated abuse of our refund policy.

If you are an individual consumer (not a business) located in the EU/EEA, you may have additional statutory withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive). You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Note that by accessing a SaaS service before the 14-day period ends, you may waive this right. We will inform you of this at the time of purchase.
